I think this is a brand new model of the TV released by JB HI-FI. It doesn't have any reviews on it and the original listing price was $350.
Today the price is dropped to $299 and I'm sure if you bargain instore you can get this TV for even cheaper.
Not sure about the quality or ratings of this tv but for a 40" FHD TV for under $300 it seems like a good deal! It's counterpart the 43" Soniq FHD TV has very good reviews on JB's website.
The 40" Soniq tv I got does not show a thing first 5 minutes (warming up) after turning on at 5am in Canberra winter. This was happening last windter, got system board replaced, this winter it happens again. Very annoying if you want to watch Euro2016 soccer. No. More. Soniq.
This is what can happen when you buy cheap. I bet it wouldn't of happened with a brand name like Samsung, Panasonic etc.
My Panasonic LED TV is going strong years after i bought it, starts up fine every time too. :)
I was not complaining, it was just a warning :) It was my first tv I bought in Australia before I figured out how much living costs here and back then I did not know about gumtree or sales or ozbargain, and apparently I have never heard of this brand :)

The 43in was 299 only a few weeks ago
Went instore to check it out, seems to be the prior (V vs W) model? Picture is shit, takes about 15 seconds to turn on to HDMI when warm, remote feels like a toy, is about 10cms thick (relevant if wall mounting).
Store was running a 1080p stream, I wouldn't pay $200 for it. This all being said whilst we desperately need a replacement 40"for the bedroom. Even the missus was yeahnah.
