But why do we need this kits? to test if family member take drug or test if yourself after drug and see if they still exist in your system to avoid driving?

To add to this list. Test all public servants (Nurses, Politicians, Police officers, centrelink call staff etc) people who receive family tax benefits, people with negatively geared rental properties. Pretty much test everybody that receives a benefit from our tax dollars.

The logic is that if we are going to test recipients of government money for drugs and base their welfare payments on whether or not they are clean, then the same should go to anyone else whose lives are subsidised by government money - including corporations who receive massive tax breaks or subsidies.
Of course, that's stupid, which is part of why it's also stupid to test welfare recipients.
The statistics indicate it's a waste of time and money, with fewer welfare recipients using drugs than those who are not on welfare, if not completely zero testing positive.
TL;DR ciab was using reductio ad absurdum to make a point.

Quality Assurance for the dealers.
As this is the cheapest in Australia, expecting each test for the police is around this price.
A lots of money have spent by them to do the road side assistant.
They use different tests to what we provide and the accuracy is very different hence the faster result they get. So don't expect high quality tests from police as they still need to do a proper test after to make sure using a machine.
So what drugs do I get to test?
