Of course, the fact that they hide the names of the actual "hotel" (and I use that term loosely) makes it difficult to find reviews - which I suspect is pretty much the point…
I have also pointed out to their 'care' team the lack of room information available. They tend to display their toiletries pack/ note pad with pen in preference to showing what the room is actually like

When I e-mailed concerning the inefficient AC at the hotel I also mentioned the lack of room information. So where's the 'care'? I did give you one more chance end of May- with your other Bakung Sari listing- the BSHotel. Well…I have been known to this hotel for 10yrs+. Possibly 100 rooms with the vast majority having a patio or balcony. The Minority being 2nd/3rd floor inside rooms with only a Window no balcony and, lo and behold, they are your rooms. If more room information WERE available you would never have got this booking!
