    Really? 'cause while the name tickles the back of my brain, what it drags up is "el cheapo good-enough shoes".

      If the brand Prince only "tickles the back of [your] brain", you're obviously not a tennis player. They're one of the main dedicated manufacturers of tennis apparel and equipment — quite a few tennis pros use them (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince_Sports) — and most of the stuff they sell is of reasonable quality and not particularly cheap.

      I have no idea about this particular shoe, of course, but it seems like a good deal.

    prince is alright, they attempted badminton shoes but I reckon that's a fail… otherwise prince is good for tennis and tennis only XD

        I personally use the New Balance 547WBE shoes bought from Rebel Sport - they are tennis shoes but I use them for both tennis and badminton. Mind you I only play both casually, but I don't have any issues with them for either sport. Of course you'd need to try them to see if they are a good fit for your feet.

    I bought the Adidas tennis shoes from Catch a few weeks ago…wish I'd waited, these look better, more leather in the upper section. The Adidas were supposed to be leather/synthetic upper, but it is way more synthetic than leather, and cheap looking synthetic at that…not happy :(

      Super big? You must have super small feet! IMO the average mens size would be around 10 and these start at 8.5!

      Have heard that this particular pair is a bit wider for extra comfort, we'll see when it arrives, can't go wrong at this price.

    No idea if the shoes are any good but I ordered 2 pairs. Can't be any worse than Target shoes which cost the same.

    I need some tennis shoes that are actually the right price. Shame on me for buying a bigger size last time because they were the only pair left =(

    "Absolutely slow customer service..their emial response comes in 24-48 hours..Insane…..No contact numbers to follow up with…have ordered 42 inch LCD tv but came without remote control. very frustrated as can’t tune in properly without remote. They are asking to contact AWA to arrage.When call to AWA they said it’s COTD responsibility. I think we should all do collective complain to department of fair trading.This is my last purchase with them..seems very dodgy"

      To be fair, I've had a very good warranty experience with COTD. A 22" LCD monitor that I bought was faulty on arrival. I reported the fault to COTD, so they provided me with a return paid postage sticker and asked to send the item back. After they received the item and verified the fault, they gave me the option of a replacement or refund. No more were in stock, so I asked for a refund and got one within a few days.
