I made two orders from different computer vendors from eBay using the CLICKMORE voucher and both are late. One bothered to inform me that shipping wouldn't be for 7 days. The other did not.
Since the only reason I ordered from them vs. Amazon was that I wanted parts faster I paid more for them on eBay.
Won't be making that mistake again: I shouldn't have to face lousy service in the form of shipping delays just because they're running a promotion. I wouldn't have a problem with it if they'd informed me before I paid money. Amazon would not do that so they'll get my money next time.
Anyone else facing lousy customer service like this?
