I know shoppingsquare isn't thought of much around here, but thought this was a pretty good deal. Best price elsewhere I could find was about $18 for this little toy.

Should be good for my 9 year old to play around with. I added in a 60x microscope for $9 and $1 shipping:

  These are a nice kit for older kids….but very flimsy and needs decent sunlight to work,
  $40+ in jaycar, Etc….about the same price as this on the regular Chinese websites

  there's a heap of $6 science kits including some solar powered 'robots' in the latest Target or KMart catalogues I received in the mailbox today.
