I recently tried Fallout 3 and wasn't a fan (played it for about 5 hours).
I've been wanting to try Fallout 4 so this is a good price. My only issue is I hate discs, but may have to make an exception here.
Fallout 3 had an extremely good dollars:hoursofgameplay ratio, but a very poor hoursofgameplay:enjoyment ratio.
It was an excellent game for students with a large amount of free time.
It was disappointing for adults with jobs an families - I can't justify playing it instead of three other, much more fun and engaging games.
Christ the decline of the Aussie dollar smarts for those of us wanting this on PC. Looking at almost triple this on Steam.
Wait wait wait! You know you never, ever, ever buy anything on steam at less than 75% off though, right?

I agree - 4 is the best - played through 1/2/3 again to get to 4 release and 4 has the best story of them all and the gameplay is mighty butter smooth!

While UC4 has the smoother gameplay and graphics etc I have to agree I missed the massive set pieces from 2 and especially 3
Due to UC4 graphics, they had to make smaller levels in order to produce such incredible results. I also missed the massive set pieces but i think it was a good change rather than playing more of the same.
Still my favourite playstation series of all time!
2 was effing spectacular. Still getting through 3, haven't seen anything that quite matches up to the Nepal locations, hopefully lots of good bits yet.
i'm watching a playthrough of UC 1-3 at the moment to prepare for UC4 and the train scene from UC2 is completely fantastic, even with the somewhat dated graphics it wows.
Uncharted 4 is definitely the single best video game evere made. Paid $99 for the special edition from Ozgameshop and was my first preorder. Waited 2 1/2 years and totall NOT disappointed. 10/10 would reccomend.

Games depreciate faster than anything I have seen. Don't be surprised to see UC4 selling for $39 in the next few months. But if you want to play it now, what you paid for it is always okay.
I notice if the game is exclusive, the price is quite cheaper. For the 3rd party games, we rarely see it dropping price after few weeks of release.
It used to be the case that the price would increase after initial launch window… certainly not the case here with Uncharted. So here I am left feeling foolish after picking it up for the 'bargain' price of $69 on launch!
I guess it is title specific. I mean GTAV on PS4 is this price for a game over a year and a half old, remastered from an even older game!
I'm not sure what the criteria is, but GTAV probably continues to move units and little price reductions is needed.
with a game so good like UC4, i wouldn't feel foolish at all paying $69, well worth every dime (i paid the same). Don't forget games used to be alot more expensive in the past, especially when u factor inflation.
It still is the case. Big W/Target etc release the game at a low, probably loss-leading, price ($70ish) but after a week it bumps up to normal full price ($90ish). Then it drops steadily.
Still waiting on someone lowering the price for Mirror's Edge Catalyst…
I played it and returned it (ebgames return policy), rubbish game. Might re-visit if price drops to bargain bin $15-$20
Did you play the first one? I did and i really quite enjoyed it coming from someone who actually trains parkour i thought it was simple but to the point and acceptable for 2008, but not without its problems. However, I played the beta and was somewhat disappointed. The city felt really poorly designed and incredibly empty for something that appears so alive. Anyway, ill get it when its cheaper probably.
I keep hoping for a good price somewhere for Mirror's Edge Catalyst, but I haven't even seen Target/Big W have anything decent, I keep hoping one catalogue will have it for a good price. Bummer!

Great price for Uncharted. I suspect Target over-ordered and is now trying to clear stock, because my local has like 50 copies of it and 0 copies of everything else. Will the deals be online as well? I know that there's no copies of Fallout or Battlefront at any of the stores near me.

U4 has stupid puzzles, TR also has better use of tools.
i loved uncharted 4, one of the best games ever made, certainly best graphics i have seen on any platform. However i have to agree with you about the puzzles were super boring. previous uncharted 1,2,3 puzzles were alot more fun to figure out.
No complaints about gfx, but Tomb Raider looks dang good too, and I really like that black and white yellow highlight for things you can interact with, vs a little circle.
I think U4 is a pretty platformer, Nathan would put Spiderman to shame.
But little things like not being able to climb a ladder when it's just above him, then having walking around to only swing the rope some 4 stories and climb up really irked me. TR doesn't have that poor (illogical) level design.

Incredible, really amazing. I bought Uncharted 4 just 3 weeks ago for $69 and Fallout 4 2 months ago was $49, was lowest at the time.
Fallout 4 at $29 is a steal, honestly if you didn't get either games by now go out and buy both of these without delay! Both incredible games GOTY material

just the crafting, vendors , settlement building i just always felt like i was missing out on something or doing it wrong because there was just so much to do and see, im not used to rpg's so maybe thats why i felt overwhelmed by it
those feelings were the guilt of not doing those tasks in real life to better yourself over a video game character.
Just suppressed my rush to buy Big W's Uncharted 4 last Sunday. But I luckily changed my mind to wait for Target's move. Nice price for U4 and F3. Will definitely pick both of them this Thurs.

Target Melbourne City Store has 2 Copies of Fallout 4 PS4 Left. Heaps of UC 4 and 3 Copies of Division Xbox 1 Left. I just picked up all 3 and also Watch Dogs for $10 on XB1.

Indooroopilly Target had about 7 copies of Fallout for PS4, none on Xbox, 3 copies of Uncharted.
