Nice find. I didn't buy the single game from the seller, instead I found a 3x pack of games for $11 including postage (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/121978244561) from the same seller and got that instead.
You get to choose 3x games from the list of 4 available (Puppeteer, Sports Champions 2, Invizimals, and Killzone). The price per game comes to $3.67.
After I paid my $11, the auction then showed up as $21 - so I think it is limited to 1 purchase at the $11 price point.
No one bought them when they were 50 c at target…
