I am looking to add my existing ABN no. to New ACN..
Just wondering what are the options for me, Can I add my current ABN to ACN?
Or do I have to Cancel my ABN and apply for new ABN, for ACN?
I hope If someone can guide me.

You can’t do it. An ABN number is attached to separate legal entity. Like TFN each entity has its own. You have to apply for a new ABN for the company that you set up. If you have any trading name attached to the old ABN number then you can transfer it over to the new one through ASIC.
Best call the ATO directly. They are very helpful.
However, not sure you can transfer ABN to another entity, especially a company where the last 9 digits of the ABN will = the ACN of the company
