If you drive a motor vehicle and do not have a driver licence, due to any of these reasons, you may receive an infringement notice or be dealt with by a court for unlicensed driving.

If you are convicted of unlicensed driving the court may give you a maximum fine amount, or you may be imprisoned for up to 1 year.

that's unlicensed am talking about learner license.
I do know if you get suspended once and keep driving you will get to the court for sure.

If you have a learner's permit, you do not have a license to drive a car. What's so hard to understand about that?

That's an interesting euphemism for trolling…

    Don't do it.

I wouldn't expect your Car Insurance to be worth anything either.

  • "brisbanetimes.com.au is aware of another case in which a teenage girl who had logged 70 hours of supervised experience was told by her parents she could complete the rest of her logbook unaccompanied."

This retarded behaviour has to stamped out. As a parent you are responsible for your child. To teach them the right things and not hand them the keys when clearly said kid is not legally allowed to drive unaccompanied by a fully licensed driver.

Unlicensed driving immediately voids any all insurance coverage including personal or injury to 3rd parties.
If you have an accident you could be paying off something for the rest of your life.
    Don't do it.
