    ToonPaint still shows $2.99 for me. Downloaded the Re-Look though, it does says Offers In-app purchase; not sure if this is full version

    Edit: Correction - does looks like full version.

    ToonPaint is $2.99.
    Relook used to be $7.99 and then they changed their model to Freemium. App is OK, worth trying.

    Relook was free only a few months ago, so nobody would actually pay $8 for it.
