Entered in a few dates (different months, weekends/weekdays), all start from $80 + up. Would be nice if it told you what dates are $60.

Yea, that's a pity. the availability $60 rate must be very limited. To me, the RACV and Q1 are good value though they are not the cheapest, but the property is so much nicer, 5 stars under $100.
Just to be careful with the HC offer - the $15 discount only apply for booking grater than $250.

I've heard bad stuff about the Vibe hotel but Q1 and RACV are nice properties
