Not really "mid air" if it needs that perspex sheet to hold it in place.

    • +1

Sure, but the perspex sheet doesn't actually support the barbell, it just stops it from falling out sideways.

    • $7.91 with Paypal…

    • If the Perspex wasn't there, the barbell would shoot off forwards!

This video explains it much better than the OP's link

The plural of mother in law is mothers in law. ;)

      • +1

Damn! After conceding defeat on this after some googling http://english.stackexchange.com/questions/29464/plural-of-d… I have formally changed the post details ;)

Sorry Rawm: possessive apostrophe has made it worse!

        • +2

It's still wrong. Get rid of the apostrophe.

          mother's in law

          And it should be hyphenated.

          mothers-in-law

Man, if internet-grammar policing paid, I'd be a…. few cents richer :(

@surethang: Noooooo… I pride myself on my internet-grammar and I've had a nice reality check today. Updated.
If you can find one more error, I pledge to show my mother in law this actual deal. Oh the shame.

@rawm: Kudos to you mate for taking criticism (actually pedantry) so well - very rare on the internet.

    • Depends how many laws define her status and if that was the intended plural. There is a UN treaty on recognition of marriage (to which we are a signatory and have ratified) which could make laws apt…

    Damn, got my hopes up

… but I may be wishing in vain given their price on Amazon.
