How's the wait in line these days at MSY? In particular Auburn?
I actually just discovered that there is no MSY within 50km of Wollongong. So most likely i will try my luck to price match at Jbhifi(Im assuming they will try all the possible ways to refuse to price match because of the $100 difference in price). Otherwise i just order it online and have it delivered for extra $14 which is still seems not bad price.
Make sure you select the NSW online store. I think shipping may be $10.
Has anyone had any experience with MSY's online sales?
What a piece of technological advanced machinery!
best overall gamingmouse on the market atm
Can someone tell me what warrants the price tag? Will I get mad skills in video games or something?
its wireless but outperforms wired mouses in terms of tracking and response time.
No you won't get mad skill. In fact you'll probably end up worse than before as you won't be used to the new mouse yet.
G700s user… worth an upgrade? I'm guessing not…
Wondering this also…
How much do you like the shape of the G700s? The grip is completely different on this.
Anyway, the battery life is worlds better, even with the lights, and it's a good deal lighter.
I've used the G700 for more than 3 years and just got the G800 today:
http://imgur.com/lZV4EtiFirst positive impressions:
- better left and right mouse buttons. Better quality clicks
- Slightly lighter weight. Hated the AAs in the G700.
- battery life at around 15 hours on max brightness LED and 1000Hz poling interval. Can't say it'll make me better in CSGO right away but it's definitely a better mouse.
Should you get one: Definitely or you can wait another 3 - 5 years for Logitech's next best wireless mouse.
Previous mice I've used: Razer Mamba V.1, Razer Lachesis, Steelseries Sensei, R.A.T. 9, Logitech G7, Logitech MX500 … and in the end I always come back to the wireless Logitech gaming mouse.
Everytime I get a new better mouse, the old one becomes the next laptop mouse. I'm starting to get too many Logitechs. Got a MX Performance and MX Revolution just sitting next to the laptop.
FFS… I paid $210 at launch from SE…
Still priced $260 is many places. So $210 at launch is not bad price.
Just few days after I paid for my pre-order, PCCG came out with $10 cheaper =[, just my luck. PCCG currently have it for $199
I have no problem paying for something good. But $200 for this seems like a Logitech experiment.
This is almost like buying a collectors edition game for half the price of the console it runs on…
It's actually cheaper than the competition. Compare like for like, look at the Razer Mamba Chroma and the Steelseries Sensei Wireless, but yeah, it is an RGB led mouse after all..
This is basically a wireless proteus spectrum (same sensor) which is just an RGB proteus core. Unless you want/need wireless and RGB (or are a lefty) save yourself $100 and get the core: http://www.harveynorman.com.au/games-gaming-consoles/gaming-…
They will have similar gaming performance.
They should have the same performance. Same sensor. Unless weight is an issue, as G502 is heavier. There's also G303 which uses the same sensor in a smaller body with less buttons.
Not sure what other non-Logitech mice use the equivalent open market sensor..there should be others now.
Everyone who ozbargains and plays csgo is a silver. You don't need this
Thanks, I just bought a $169 mouse for some reason…
Nice price! Will be pick up one from them tomorrow :)
