    I wonder how else I can address this to my business address and not use a business name…. anyone could have claimed the package in a multi tenant office space.

    Getting a 404 error when I try to submit my claim?

    edit: Removed state from Store Location "Alexandria, NSW" -> "Alexandria" and resized photo of S/N from 3MB to 250kB. One of those two things seems to have fixed it.
