What the heck is an esatto?

    • +2

Apparently it's a company that rebadges appliances for the Australian market. "Built from the highest quality components, Esatto products are configured by a selection of the world’s leading specialised manufacturers…"

They do have a website with user manuals, which is a plus. http://www.residentiagroup.com.au/brands/esatto/

  • no stock in nrothmead, penrith and st marys

  • 12 Months Warranty

  • Is Sensor technology better or the Vented technology?

    • Sensor. Actually, I'm not sure why it says sensor in the title. Neither machine mentions that.

      • Yes, you are right they are vented

They are Vented AND they are Sensor. Sheesh!

  • Does it require professional installation?

These come with wall brackets so I assume you're thinking about wall mounting. Also to consider is the venting. These are rear vented dryers so will you need to install ducting?

If you are mounting it to the wall, then you should be able to do it yourself. It comes with wall mounting brackets. The manual does not mention anything about needing professional installation, but it does say "ensure that the wall is of sufficient strength to support the dryer weight." If you don't have enough experience to make the decision about sufficient strength, then when it falls off the wall they might say you should have gotten an engineer to ensure that it was a strong enough wall. The manual also says "Carefully raise the dryer and hang it on to the wall brackets. This is a 2-3 person job due to the dryers weight." In my experience, this is really true. Even with 2 people it's very difficult because the dryer needs to be angled around 40 degrees to be able to precisely go onto the hooks.

It's a clothes dryer. It doesn't require installation.

No they aren't - it is FRONT vented. See the vent? On the front?

I purchased this dryer about 6 months ago and it is by far the best dryer I have ever used. I purchased it based of the fact it's the cheapest at that size. It's great in the aspect that you don't have to set a timer you literally just throw clothes in and it shuts off when they are dry. Its big which is a plus, so you can do big loads through it as well. Winner at this price.

    • Did you get 7kg one or the 4kg one ?
