Hi guys, an number of people have been commenting regarding issues with shipping and/or items being out of stock.
For those who have only received part of your order, this is often because we ship from two separate warehouses. All AFL and Tennis stock ships from Melbourne and the rest from Sydney. This is a primary reason for the clearance: we're consolidating warehouses. What this means for now, however, is that you may receive your shipping in two separate packages. This is stated in your order confirmation email.
The only reason you WOULDN'T receive your package is if, in the unprecedented traffic of the clearance, an item was purchased by multiple customers simultaneously/went out of stock and was re-purchased before the system could sync and mark it as sold out. If this has occurred, and we are unable to fulfill that item, we will be in contact and will provide a refund. We apologise for any inconvenience if this is the case.
We acknowledge and appreciate the latter situation is not ideal and, over the next few months, will be launching on a new platform with much faster system updates to ensure this will not happen again. Along with the warehouse consolidation, it's all part of the bigger and better future of Fangear!

Hi mate,
Yep we've noticed there has been a few instances of that and we're working our way through it. Oh, the joys of marking down thousands of products at once! We're aiming to have it fixed by today so we'll post on here when it's resolved.
