• Employees of Waterman Business Centres or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• Entrants must be over 18.
• Maximum one entry per person unless otherwise stated. Entries via agents or third parties or the use of multiple identities and email addresses are not permitted. Use of automated entries or programs is prohibited and all such entries will be disqualified.

• Closing date for entry will be 11.59PM 30 June 2016. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:
a) Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated.
b) In the event less than 76 entries are received, all entrants will win a prize. One prize per business ABN.
c) The draw is limited to new members as at 25 April 2016.
d) Additional setup costs may apply depending on the package chosen.
e) Major Prize, valued at $15,000: A PermaSpace office, fitted with all standard inclusions, rent-free from 9am 2 July 2016 to 9am 2 July 2017, inclusive.
f) 25 x Flexi Co-work desk spaces, each valued at $350 per month rent-free from 9am 2 July 2016 to 9am 2 January 2017, with all standard inclusions.
g) 50 x Flexi Meeting Memberships, each valued at $125 per month from 9am 2 July 2016 to 9am 2 January 2017, with all standard inclusions.
h) The promoter reserves the right to invite all prize winners to extend their tenancy past the agreement termination date, at agreed rates.
