faq says..
It usually takes 10-15 working days for the items to reach to the customer after the purchase date

but for returns/exchanges… The customer will be allowed to exchange the item (size) within 14 days from the purchase date.

so pretty much returns/exchanges will never happen.

  It will be 14 days after the item has been delivered to the customer i.e. received by the customer. We will be notified by the Courier when the item is received.
