      ??? There 2 or 3 different models they send out depending on your survey answers but they all come with a lancing device(My wife got the exact same model you posted with Fastclix) plus you don't have to pay anything and wait for the cashback.

        @SamR: It asks what type of diabetes you have and there's no "I don't, I'm just curious" option. It's gestational or Type 2. It can't even be Type 1.
