Woolworths has reopened in crows nest and it looks pretty.

Free goodie bag contains:

- $5 off voucher BWS when you spend over $40
- LINDT dark chocolate 100g
- Woolies select brand soup
- Woolies branded corn chips.
- An apple

Also store specific specials:

• Ben & Jerry's 458ml tub ice cream half price $5.99 (was $11.98) 7 different flavours. There is a 4 per person limit but i bought the 7 flavours @ self checkout and there was no issue.
• Fresh Bananas $1/kg
• Truss tomatos $3/kg
• Iceberg lettuce $1 each
• Lawson's bread half price $2.89
• Chris Dips half price $1.99
• BBQ chickens were half priced $5.xx (didn't buy can't quite remember)

There were other specials too but I can't remember and we had left the specials catalogue in the trolley.

    yes all day today. But I'd assume while stock lasts for the bags. They did have around 4-5 trolleys full of them, not sure if they had more.

  The Lawsons bread is $2.89. I think all the specials are conforming to the usual 'special' cycle so are until next Tuesday.

  I just went.. didn't see any showbags but there are a lot of people inside. The ground floor is filled with fresh produce with a (relatively hidden) escalator to the side to go downstairs.

  Other specials include lamb cutlets and salmon fillets are $20/kg. There were some raw (banana?) prawns for $16/kg.

  According to their online catalogue, the Ben&Jerry's are meant to be selling at "half price" for $3.75 but their shelf/scanned price is $5.99. I was too ceebs to argue at counter.

    yeah that downstairs escalator is well hidden.
    I suppose this way you have to go past all the things you might buy to get to the thing you actually want.

    No showbags for me either but i did get a chocolate and it was nice to see some of the old stuff there.

    My favourite thing, no longer having to walk to northbridge or neutral bay for woolworth related specials anymore.

    already finished a tub, its only 4xx ml. A couple scoops for the kids/wife/myself and its gone. Was pretty good, if the specials are still on tomorrow i might stock up more

  Best bargain for me is 5kg bag of juicing carrots for 99c.

  Great if you're a rabbit, own one, or like to eat carrots or make juices/smoothies, or … want to look like an oompa loompa.
