I just picked up two FlavorStone Frypans - each 70% off.
ie
Normal price $70 -> $21,
and $80 -> $24

Other frypans also available at this discount rate. ie Tefal
Not many left

AFAIK (per OP) this is just a discount bin available at the Coburg, VIC store only.
