Technically speaking, yes. Feel free to test in a fresh browser or incognito mode and add the code. However, it's an extra 8 or 9% using cashback sites so would make more sense to use a cashback site especially the one that setup the code.

Thanks Neil, I have tried using the link in incognito mode without clicking through CR. Like yourself, I can confirm that the code works without a CR click through for those only interested in a 10% discount with free delivery.
I think the idea would be to separate the notions of CR rebate and store discount, both of which are different.
The CR rebate would only work if a CR click through is detected, whereas a store discount is dependent on the CR10 code. The two aren't linked, as CR10 can be used without a CR click through, and a CR rebate doesn't depend on the CR10 code.
