The only catch I can say is that this TV has 50hz refresh rate compared to their previous model (100hz), however the other specs (contrast, brightness, thickness, etc) are as good if not better.
We got early bird special into jumping to this stock early before everyone else (e.g. mass retailers) ordered it.
Isn't Samsung up to Series 7?
Previous models were: generation B series 6 and 7 for 40", and generation B series 6,7,8.
This model is the generation C series 5.
Yeah, the series numbers are confusing. It's like BMW 3 series… same series, new models.

Don't worry, the series 6 you bought has better refresh rate + internet compatibility.
The series 5 is intended to be entry level, it has 50hz refresh rate instead of 100hz of series 6.
