    FYI the book is from 2012 so there may have been advances since then. But grabbed a copy all the same. :)

        Browser adoption, changing techniques. For example, IE now supports 'display: flex' and there's a lot more 'display: table' used these days too. Also in 2012, Javascript was an add-on - now a significant proportion of websites don't even function without it. This means that it's now commonly used for design features - like the hamburger menu - when it wasn't before.

  • If you want free IT books, you can't go past http://it-ebooks.info/ I am pretty sure this book has been on there for years, plus many more recent ones.
