Hey guys, just got 2 weeks off without much notice and wondering how i can find a good deal for flights somewhere/anywhere. Preferably around south east asia, at the moment all the flights in the near future are really expensive guessing because of the timing (more expensive than normal). Is there anyway i can find last min flights for cheap or even at normal pricing?

Cheap last minute international flights are rare even during low-season. It's a shame you have to leave soon since you can fly SYD to Singapore on the 19th for only $149 and go wherever from there ($199 to return, maybe less if booked separately). April/May are normally cheap for SE Asia (excluding holidays and other popular flights).
I understand your pain of forking over the same money to fly only to Melbourne over the next few days…

Perhaps instead of flights you could try interstate travel.
It is school holidays for NSW so that could be why the prices are more expensive.
