  I created an account, customised the watch and entered the coupon code in Checkout screen - it shows the same price and says my IP has already used the coupon code :(

      No, I just entered the code once and clicked Apply. It didn't apply on the items in my cart. It showed the offer price as per your title and gave me a link of the watches applicable at that price. I then followed the link and customised a watch again, back to checkout page with the same error. Is there any email ID to which I can report this to?
