Next cheapest bike I found was at Kmart for $50 but that doesn't have the girly streamers ($3) or the front hand brake. Plus it's not a brand name like repco nor is it using shimano parts.
Very lightweight and ideal for first time riders. Has run flat tires so no need to worry about punctures.
Front handbrake is a plus.
