[PC] FREE - Saints Row IV DLCs - Thank You Pack + Reverse Cosplay Pack - Amazon US

You can can get those two free DLCs from Amazon US but you need to ensure that your billing address is set to a US address before you start the checkout. Otherwise you will not get the DLCs as they are only available to US customers.
The DLCs only give you new outfits (rather than new missions) but free is free and a lot of people enjoy the many outrageous costumes in the Saints Row series.
