    Most other suppliers have 2 ranges. the higher grade is generally reserved for the traditional tea ceremonies.
    I take it by the description and the pricing that this is the yumcha range?

      Hi,

      We also offer 2 grades of matcha, one being ceremonial grade. We're currently all sold out of this grade and have new stock on the way from Japan at the moment.

      Our everyday matcha (the one in this sale) is a quality organic culinary matcha best suited for mixing with other ingredients. It has a stronger flavour and while it is classed as a lower grade, it's not a lower quality product.
