Helping my grandma get a phone plan. She never texts or uses data (she can't even use email!).
All she needs is a plan with unlimited calls. Texts or Data doesn't matter.

Kogan (uses Vodafone) has 16.95 for unlimited calls/txt and 1GB of data with 30 day expiry. Even cheaper when prepaying 90 or 365 days. Not aware of any carriers that just offer calls.
