Lowest price ever for the original Jaybird Bluebuds according to Camel3x
It's a decent price considering that the newer Jaybird X2 is only a slight improvement to the original one.

longer battery life, more ear tips, different carry case.. i got the x2 as a gift but i if i bought myself the x seems a good deal at the price
The X2 series also come with comply memory foam tips. Mixed reviews but personally I prefer them, they're much more comfortable than standard plastic/silicone.
i didnt like them :)
Put dollar sign in front of prices to highlight them in post title.
I can vouch for these, I bought the comply foam tips as well and they work great.
I have the X2's. For a hundred bucks you can't go wrong with these. The carry case on the original is actually much better.
My local uni bookshop is selling these for >$180 lol
I have these whilst I love them to bits, you do need the comply foam tips as I found the tips they came with uncomfortable to the point of distraction but obviously YMMV. In saying that, they themselves are phenomenal, they have a lifetime sweat warranty and have been excellent gym/running companions.
I need these but with Active Noise Cancelling so I don't hear the thud of my steps through the earphones. Unless that's unrelated….
ANC is a little overkill with earbuds, particularly if you get the comply tips. The issue for these earbuds (according to other reviews) is not being able to hear traffic/other people but I don't roadrun so not really a concern.
I've used ANC earbuds for over 10 years. Not overkill in the slightest as I have tried comply tips and they just make the thud of my footsteps louder.
I always replace the supplied flanges with silicone triple flanges from ebay to get a decent seal.
I don't really give a toss about traffic either, I tend to pay attention to my surroundings regardless of where I am.

Whats the improvement of the x2 out of curiosity?
