OP is saying there are some sneaky ways to generate a large amount of credit card points for rewards and wants to trade the secrets with others, provided they share their own secrets.
Kind of against the spirit of OzBargain however :(
It's not hard, buy a $19 Squared reader and register for abn then you've got AMEX for 1.9% surcharge. PayPal with $150k p.m. volume gets AMEX to 1.1% surcharge.

not sure why would anyone? First of all, it's against Paypal TOS (cash providing transaction). Second of all, the $/pt would not be that greate. Say you get 1pt/$; 100,000 points will cost you $1900 in surchage.
My AMEX gets 1.5VFF/$1 so 100k VFF points would cost $1267 under Squared or $733 under PayPal. AFF members would jump at those earn rates.
How would PayPal ever find out that it's cash providing transaction? Its not privvy to the cash transfers.
Great idea, but not practical. Paypal will stop you or bank will, not a long term way to do that.
