That is a very reasonable price for what it is.
Since it has sloping sides, the volume is hard to estimate…. Rep, do you know the internal volume in litres? Also, is it MDF or chipboard, and how thick are the panels?
Internal volume approx 14-15 liters , It is MDF and thickness of the board is 15mm
Is it ported or sealed? Link has sealed in item title, yet picture shows a ported box and description also says it's ported.

Hi REP. Great price, WOW however the title states 'Sealed' but the pic and description are for a 'Ported' enclosure. Which one is it exactly?

At $20 these are cheap enough to be repurposed as a cat scratcher and cosy bed for Winter! Amazing. Wouldn't be a SubWoofer then I suppose ;)
Funnily enough I had two cats called bass and treble. Treble went on the road and got squelched, but bass is still kicking…

very cheap deal and perfect for a beginner's setup. Would probably cost more in materials to make your own.
15L does sound very small but i suppose it all depends on what subwoofer cone you put into the box. On the upside it wont take up too much boot space!
Yep, perfect for those who want a cheap Sub powered by a cheap Amp to hit as many lows as they can for a few years of inaccurate audio fun while they're still under 25 ;) We've all been there and there's nothing wrong with that :)
I prefer a seal enclosure over a ported one that is a tad too small.
