I was wondering if anyone knew if there is a pattern of when the 20% tech sales happen on ebay. I am pondering buying a video card from kogan as they are so cheap at the moment but I know that all the new models will release around june so I'm trying to decide whether I would be better off waiting till later in the year and getting a deal on a newer model.
Are these regular sales or is it random?

How do people know these discount % and the time of?
It's on again now.
I'm debating to buy a notebook now or wait for a new months where I can claim the GST as I'm traveling.
Guaranteed 20% off now, or potentially more than 30% off in a few months with the 20% off sale or 9% off without a sale.
I don't need the notebook urgently either.
The next one will be back to 15% just before June 30
