In regards to the WA comment, I was in Myers today and a lady was discussing it with a staff member there, and it seems all the staff seem to think it's happening.
WA might also be having a sale to start off their mid season sales also, but it may not contain the same discounts/deals as the flyer stated above, so i wouldnt guarantee it.
Only way to be sure is call your local store i guess.
