I'm looking at the menu app and don't seem to have a promotions tab; just a "vouchers" tab, and the code is not working there. Anyone else had this issue/have advice on how to get it to work? Thanks!

I'm on iOS. I hit the top left menu button. Then it shows "Promotions and Vouchers" as the second to last option.

The code works on single item order but causes problem on combo order, i.e. food and drink. It would say connection error few seconds after pressing the shopping cart icon.
Not sure if it is due to conflicts with coffee and food discount. But if you remove one of the items just before the error pops up then it works.
I have tried clearing the app data, but it seems that the code is applied to the account. Now I cannot order coffee and bacon & egg roll in a single order. I suppose I can order them separately but that means missing out on the combo discount. Though 25% is still a better deal. :)
Make sure you are on the latest version of the app. They made some changes to the way promo/vouchers work.

I downloaded Hey You and created an account (using Facebook to login) just today. At first the code didn't work, so I thought the email that scotty received from Hey You is the reason why (that the code is only meant to be a reactivation campaign for the current user base).
BUT, after opening the app again after maybe an hour, I tried the code again and the app accepted it! I haven't bought anything yet though
