I'm about refinance my investment loan, hell if they are good, I'll move banking too.
Currently looking at Suncorp Home package plus 3yrs fixed (with 3 years package fee free). 3.99%, can't beat it anywhere.
Wanting to know if anyone has dealt with good company that can refunds any commissions they received.
I am dealing with Matesrates.com.au at the moment, they seem quite good. would love to hear more about this suncorp loan though…

On Suncorp official website it isn't 3.99. Looks like Naritas has negotiated that deal with Suncorp directly and only available to them.
Naritas service is amazing. I would definitely recommend them.
I am very happy refinancing through them to NPBS.

OP, just wondering in this case will you have to approach the financing company directly to receive the commissions rebate rather than going through a broker?
I actually not sure. But I have began the process via mates rates brokers. Let see how they fare.
