I signed up with these guys during the last Good Guys eBay 20% sale as they seemed to have the best rates. Purchased $3400 worth of goods - TV, fridge & dryer. Nothing tracked. 3 emails since and no comms whatsoever from them. Bunch of crooks by the look of it.
Ive noticed ebay tracking takes a long time to pay out, the earliest still pending transaction i have, now being the start of january.
Fwiw, i've cashed out 3 times with them and the site still appears to work as it always has
(I also had one recent ebay transaction not credit properly, i think my first to happen with these guys)
Even though that ShopandMint have better rates, I still prefer CashRewards much easier and faster IMO
Any update OP? I've since tried Pricepal with limited success. 2 out of 5 transactions tracked. Used cash rewards first time for eBay purchase last week but I think they made a mistake. Got $16.20 back on $1200 purchase instead of $12.96
Andrew here from Cashrewards. If you bought during the 20% Off eBay Sale the advantage of Cashrewards is that the cashback is calculated off the pre-discount amount, thats probably why you got more cashback than you expected!
What is the preferred mode of contact? I have tried email/contact form and the REP here on Ozbargain for 4-5 separate purchases in the last week of March and first of April (at least 7 days ago). Usually got a cashback update email in a day or possibly 2. Not longer. Perhaps I am being impatient.
On a related note, normally their confirmation ebay trip email is pretty immediate upon logging in to ebay, however, it sometimes came to my inbox after I had completed the transaction. I imagine there are some server upgrades going on…?
Stop using ShopandMint for the moment.Last time it did not work for me too.Rep has not been active since 19th March and Facebook has not been updated for more than 1 month.

May have to go back to cashrewards, damn. Is there an official channel we can post a question? Who'd have thought it…'too good to be true' still holds to this day. Looks like I have wasted half a year if I don't get anything back. Lol
Just an update - they have now cleared my payment and paid me -$150 cleared :)
Did take a while to clear though and only way to get a response from them seems to be facebook message.

My last 3-4 purchases didn't get tracked at all, and my request to withdraw money has been ignored.
Is this company dead, or is it a scam company to begin with?I want to know if we can report them to eBay,Dan murphy's,ect. to stop affiliate service with them as they are collecting commission but not paying to the customers as promised?

We have over $200 in cash back pending for more than 3 months now and still haven't been paid out. I'm now wary to continue to use them.
Has anyone actually had a successful cash out with them?

oh god i got some $$ cashback at S&M. Hope they do NOT die. I've always found their support sloooow but they eventually pay after i open a support ticket.. Hope its still that way rather than just close and go away.
Real bummer about their slow support. I've been trying to withdraw about $200 from them! Has anyone else tried to withdraw in the last month? I haven't been able to reach them via their website or Facebook page. I've resorted to contacting the contact Facebook rep tokyo recommended a few posts earlier.

I put in a withdrawal request from them today for PayPal. Seemed to work ok? But we'll wait until the money arrives.

Unfortunately, I haven't made the $50 to be able to withdraw yet.
@niknah: I have a feeling the minimum is $25. It was the default amount that was pre-entered when I was about to withdraw.. although I also recall the minimum being $50, so now I'm confused.
I haven't had any luck with contacting them, my withdrawal request is still pending. Pretty sure they're dead lol

Merged with an existing thread that discusses whether ShopandMint is still alive. However judging my the issues raised by the community over the last couple of months, I'll say give this company a pass and move on.
Just an update, finally got paid out in full on the 30th of August, so I guess they're not completely dead. I would recommend moving to a more reliable site like cashreward!
Still chasing it up myself. Facebook, Ozbargain and website emails. I'll start hassling them daily until someone relevant replies. It still showing as pending even though it has been over 6 months since the last purchase.
Should they be banned? Those fuxxing (profanity)! Never receive my rewards.

They still offer 2.5% for Masters :)
I think that's a clue as to whether they are still operating.
yes best to avoid using as no replies via their contact us on the website and masters transactions still pending guess i've lost over $44 as i cant cash it out until $50

This site is still up, but it is indeed dead. My old 2016 purchases (two years old) are still pending and the cashback offered has 2016 dates on them.
Do not use as you will just pass on any cashbacks you make to the site hosts. Let this be the end of the matter.
Same here. I made two purchases early feb and both are still pending. I contacted them couple of times after I made my first purchase as I believed they applied the wrong cashback rate. Never received a reply.
