USN products have been discontinued from CWH. They were clearing 100% Whey Protein for 20 bucks a kilo.

    • That's right.

    • If you find anything cheaper at this time, please let us know. The prices i quoted are cheaper than Bulk Nutrients.

Compared to current and todays pricing, didnt find cheaper.

  • Was sold @ CW until last September-ish.

Great deal for the Creatine. I jumped on a few tubs. Would much rather prefer this than bulk sellers or ebay sellers. Cheers OP.

  • Is there any real difference between different types of creatine ?, I just use a cheap mono and find it works well.

    • +1

They mainly differ in molecular size and ease of absorption

The smaller the molecule, the easier it is for it to pass via the digestive track membrane into the blood then into the cell membranes. In other words you get more creatine into your blood stream

      Nice article here

      • It's interesting to read that only 1% of a mono gets absorbed, might be worth giving this stuff a try.

    • +1

Not really. Stick with the cheap stuff.

      • Have a read of molecular biology / biochemistry . It makes a huge difference.

        • +1

molecular biology / biochemistry != the marketing hype you've been reading

        • @pyr0maniac:

wow .. so they teach us bullshit at uni … sigh

        • @easternculture:

That was harsh. I apologise. Anyway, what I was trying to say is it's generally cheaper to simply take more of the cheaper forms of creatine (i.e. creatine monohydrate) than it is to take a "designer creatine" which claims to have higher absorption. The take-home message being don't be fooled by marketing hype, especially by an article published in 2015 still promoting Creatine Ethyl Ester, making claims such as "However, the ester counteracts the charges and allows for almost 99% absorption into the body! This removes the need for a loading phase, and is THE MOST absorbent creatine by far yet!."

        • How do you seperate the real deal from all the bs marketing claims?

        • @easternculture:

I went to a uni that rubbished creatine and another that said it was the most research supplement out there. I believe the later. The first professor was a guy that had clearly never touched a weight in his life.

There is a lot of actual research out there and it is not hard to find. I am not talking about bb.com either.
