Nicks wine merchants review of the 2013 is … "95 points - A fresh fruit driven style of Chardonnay that was fermented and barrel aged in a combination of older French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks for 9 months with regular yeast lees stirring taking place to enhance the wines mouthfeel. Brilliant pale straw colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Ripe white peach and melon scents are to the fore followed by some light cashew, biscuit and spice. Rich fleshy white peach and cashew flavours fill the palate wrapped up in a creamy textured mouthfeel with some biscuity oak and spice on the finish. Excellent concentration and depth. Long aftertaste of fleshy white peach, creamy cashew, citrus, biscuity oak and spice. A richly flavoured Chardonnay to drink over the next 3-4 years"
