Just looking for a suitable microSD card to put in my Galaxy Tab S 10.5..
Basically just for video playback during travel, I don't want to overbuy or underbuy. Just want something that perform ok.
Can anyone give me an idea of required Read/Write speed required for this sort of stuff.

They're all good
A class 4 microSD card would be fine for video playback but I don't think they even make them anymore because it's so outdated and the standard now is class 10 so you do not have to worry about read and write speeds as anything will be more than capable.
