Looking for a deal on a dual sim phone with a decent camera (sub $400)

Hi ozBargainers!

I'm looking for a phone for my 60 year old mum.

She's looking to upgrade her Nokia Lumia 520.

She only uses it for WhatsApp and the occasional call. Don't think she'd even use it for internet browsing or emails.

Musts:
an outstanding phone camera, mainly for taking photos of wriggly grandchildren

Prefer:
Dual sim
Android
Price range sub $400

So far I'm thinking of the Moto G which is dual sim and $348 unlocked at the good guys.

I don't really care about the actual model of phone as long as all the requirements are met and it's a good deal :)

Would really appreciate any suggestions, please!

Lg g4 is a hot favourite with a great camera. Price is around $450-$500

  The dual sim G4 version H818N or H818P (double check the bands on those too). Kinda pricier than the 400.

The Panasonic Lumix listed today on OzB..
Best cameraphone you can get by so far it's not even a competition.
