Which KFC store in Sydney offer hot n spicy?

I'm trying to test my luck and see if I can order 9 hot n spicy piece with the $9.95 deal..

Town Hall in the CBD. And no need to test your luck – I can tell you they let you do the 9 pieces with Hot and Spicy.
