Had another look at the lens deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/235311 and noticed this.
Not sure if it was there initially, but I thought it might be useful for someone that didn't need a filter and missed seeing it.

  • Does the hotshoe attachment allow tilt adjustment at all?

  • I had a quick skim through YouTube reviews but wasn't looking for that. Have a look at YouTube reviews if that's important for you.

Hmmm I'd rather buy the same thing without the word Manfrotto on it, for half the price. No offence

      From?

      • -1

        ebay

        • yes……. which one did you buy, what are the pros/cons as opposed to this one, etc?
There's an awful lot of stuff on ebay…. good and bad….. if you have a good one, let us know.

I don't mind eBay stuff either.
However I don't trust sellers to be truthful on specs with generic items.

Some sellers are ridiculous with their power ratings on powerbanks and run times/ output for flashlights etc.

Buying branded items from a physical store gives some peace of mind that you get what you pay for.

  • what's so special about this LED ? $50 is not $5 materials

No tilt adjustment on this. The light is bright but focused on a smaller area. Good for close up stuff or when the flash is just a bit too brutal. Probably be ok for video work in a fairly confined viewing angle. Dimmer works well. Would be better with 2 or 3 of them for a small scene
