Went to OW looKing for Fitbit, found this at $99. Looks like a clearance item with limited stock but maybe worth a shot. Got it at Officeworks Braddon in Canberra.
This is the vivosmart, not the vivosmart HR. It includes a 'Heart rate monitor' but not in the wristband.
Looking closely at the image, look at the strap in the picture. Round holes, and an oval shaped metallic clasp. It's the original Vivosmart, not the newer Vivosmart HR.
However, the tag states Vivosmart HRM, which (as I understand it) is a Vivosmart with HR chest strap bundle. It includes the older style 'hard' chest strap, not the nicer soft 'premium' strap.

onw more evidence Its not HRM as HRM advertised price in $229 but in image its $149 which is for Vivosmart
I will drop back in and clarify, I didn't realize the difference myself.
I think this is one of the best fitness trackers out there, the design is great. I have the HRM version but for $99 I would get one as the current one its already out of warranty and it has a few dead pixels.
Just be mindful, the Connect Garmin app its a bit buggy, so it may a bit frustrating to set up.
