  Note, that the deal says its "AU$29.99" plus applicable GST.
  However Adobe don't charge GST to their customers, because of some loophole they are driving a truck through.

    It says it's only available to "First-Time Subscribers". I'm sure they will enforce that particular requirement, more than their taxation requirements.
    It's might be possible to sign-up with another email address and name that is not tied to your original adobe id.

  All I want is a monthly plan of $15 for the first app, and +$10 for each additional app. Doesn't seem unreasonable for people that only occasionally use it. Just time restrict or something. 20 hours per month.

    Totally agree. If you just want Photoshop and Lightroom, then the Photography Plan is only $9.99/month… which isn't too bad.
    But yes, a restricted use plan would be perfect for my needs. I only need Photoshop for a few hours per month.

    There was an article on medium about their heavy-handedness and deceitful practice when someone tried to cancel their subscription. The pearl of the article was the discount he was offered for his second year of contract. Maybe search for that and plan for a discount for year, then try cancelling because you don't use it enough, and get a discounted offer on-going.
