Found these in the small toy section in the Coles Supermarket in the basement of the Westfield Shopping Centre in Chatswood, Sydney NSW. There were 11 in stock at the time. According to the ticket (see photo) they've been marked down from $8.00 to $6.00 and now $3.00. 'Rebelle' is Nerf's brand aimed at women/girls, but in these enlightened times I reckon anyone who likes sparkles and purple ought to have a go. Package contains a Nerf gun, a plastic 'bow' that appears to be purely cosmetic, and three foam darts. (I thought I saw four darts in the package, but perhaps the fourth was that 'decoder' thing mentioned on the packaging?). AFAIK, this gun uses the standard Nerf darts that can be bought for as little as AU$5.00 per 100 from China on ebay or aliexpress.
Located at the northern side of the store (turn right at the entrance) in the aisle just before the cosmetics aisle. Just after the light globes and various electrical stuff, at about head height.
