Prize location is in Victoria (Caulfield Racecourse), however the general T&C's indicate the competition is open to other states.

"Entries are restricted to residents of SA, VIC, QLD, WAS (assuming this is WA), TAS, ACT and NT; always subject to the state of the Station as published on the Website."

No mention of NSW, but it is available on the drop-down menu and is part of the Austereo network, so I'm not sure?
