I have bought 50" HD LED TV from Kogan. Now this tv is not working and still under warranty. As discussed with Kogan, they said they can arrange courier pickup from my place. But I work full time and cannot afford to take day off and stay at home, had rang to the courier guy and they said they can't give me an approximate time to pick up the TV. I am in a big confusion now. I cannot fit this TV in to my car otherwise courier guy pickup from my workplace. Please someone give me some suggestion regarding this issue with Kogan.

Maybe book and pay for a cheap courier to collect this from your place on a Saturday and take it to your work address (delivery Monday or Tuesday).
Pick a day you will be at work to receive it anyway…
Once you receive it, contact Kogan to arrange for Kogan to collect from you at your work address.
Make sure Kogan understand Pick-up is from NEW Work Address.
you're gonna need a bigger car……
Couriers are like this..
That is right they sell cheaper TVs but at the end it will be similar as the market price. Courier company is not customer friendly also. They need to come up with some customer friendly solution.
"I have bought 50" HD LED TV from Kogan" My condolences.
Do you have a neighbour that you can trust and stays at home during the day?
Buy a plank of wood from Bunnings and make use of their free courtesy trailer for 2 hours. Dodgy I know, but you bought from Kogan so these are drastic times.
Take a day off or borrow a friends car to take it to your office.
